Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship orders received by 3pm the same working day, stock permitting. Orders received after 3pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times shown are approximate, and may vary during busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before contacting us.

UK DELIVERY  (Free for orders over £15.00)

  • ROYAL MAIL 48 (Delivery aim 2-3 working days) - £1.75
  • ROYAL MAIL 24 (*Delivery aim next working day)£3.00
  • SPECIAL DELIVERY (Next Day by 1pm)Calculated based on weight & pricing displayed at checkout.

*Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed next day service the only way to guarantee a next day is Special Delivery.

STANDARD EU DELIVERY (Eligible Countries)

All EU deliveries are sent Royal Mail International Signed For and charged by weight with costs clearly displayed at checkout. (delivery aim 3-5 working days).

We can ship items containing alcohol to selected EU destinations (Aftershave/Cologne/EDT) :

  • Zone 1 (3 days) - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and Holland at £16.00
  • Zone 2 (3-4 days) - Czech Republic, Italy, Slavakia and Spain at £19.50

Please select the relevant service at checkout, if your country is not identified above we are not able to deliver items containing alcohol to you.

UNITED STATES*

Deliveries to the USA are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service which are charged by weight & costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within 5-7 working days

AUSTRALIA *

Deliveries to Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service which are charged by weight & costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery within 5-7 working days

* All import duties and applicable taxes in the relevant destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account tab and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We strongly recommend you to fully insure the items you are returning via a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail) whom can provide you with proof of delivery. Shaving Station will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to Shaving Station is paid for by the customer, we are unable to refund you postal fees.

Returned goods must be in fully re-saleabel condition, unused and in their original packaging and goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on used items.

All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used within 5 days of the item being received by us, provided that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
